Staring at the computer non-stop…

Sounds familiar eh? yea thats the so-called working life… a life i have to endure for the next dunno how many years after i graduate… arghh it sucks… Cant imagine living that kinda lifestyle…

BUT hey! i’m now trying to work my way in it by doing some practice… lol… Ok i’m currently working now under Unilever, one big company that owns brands such as Nestle, Ladies’ choice, Clear, Dove, n the list goes on… it occupies 3 levels of the multi-leveled Menara TM… Basically i’m doing some data entry stuff for a contest going on which involves mayonnaise…

Hmm the social life in the office initially was horrible.. I was like the only guy, not to say the youngest, in the marketing department… Cant find anyone suitable to talk to at all… Kinda like muted for the first few days till Mich showed up… Now she’s the youngest in the department… haha… Thank God for a companion to interact with now… The job there was hell easy, the only problem was that its kinda boring doing the same old thing, keying in data, staring at the computer @.@ my eyes are always so tired at the end of the day….

WHO CARES??! as long as i earn some side income from it then its ok with me… With money comes POWER… not physically though… the power the SPEND!! its good to spend u know… heard of retail therapy? hehhehe…

By the way… it was raining cats n dogs when i was about the reach my car to head home… hesitated to run to my car but after 10 minutes of waiting i decided to do so mainly because the sky did not show any sign that it will stop raining any soon… Gawd i have to rmb to bring an umbrella to the office with me…

2moro’s an off day for me! woohoo *claps* having a date to watch “the magic gourd” with elaine in central park BU ^^ its a movie under the star thingy whereby we have to sit on the grass (i guess?)… Should be fun hopefully… All this happening thanks to my dad who gave me the free ticks… heard that he got it free from his company…

burrpppp!!!

my stomach is still filled with the giant mango juice that i drank just now… The same gang of us that celebrated bel’s bday were again gathered today for coll’s bday… this time it was a nice lil dinner in murni ss2… it has been almost more than week from her bday but due to everyone’s hectic schedule the dinn was postponed till this very day… 

To find parking in ss2 was as usual, T-O-U-G-H… always crowded n the fact that pasar malam was also on didnt ease the situation at all… went almost 3 rounds around b4 finally founded  a nice space… THEN,  we need to stand n wait for others to finish their meal cuz the tables there were really little… oh my… nearly spent more than 15 mins staring at a table b4 they finally leave after puffing on their cigarettes *shakes head*

Let me comment bout the hygiene of the restaurant b4 we proceed on the food… i tell u there are so freaking many cockroaches creeping round the longkang >.< u shud see elaine’s reaction when one of them was nearing here… classic… hehehe 😛 some even flapped their wings as if they’re gonna fly n infest on ur food.. i juz pray that the food cooked r not contaminated a single bit by these horrible pest… 

Off to the food! It was simply good… Not the best but it was satisfying… 6 of us shared sizzling chicken chop, nasi goreng maryland, nasi goreng lamb chop, lou shu fun, roti hawaii and roti bacon… personally i think that the roti bacon was nicer cuz there’s only bacon n cheese… n i love cheese!… hehehe…. the drinks weren’t bad too… n it had the thing i love most in desert which is nata de coco 🙂 purrrfecttttoo!

So! that was about it for the nite…

its 12.45am now… eyes r tired n body’s weak… guessed the toll of staring at the computer the whole day caused this feeling of exhaustion… first day of work wasn’t as nice as expected… to find out that i’m the only guy in the whole marketing department kinda freaked me out +_+” can’t really find any homo sapiens of similar gender to interact with… u see i’m kind of a shy guy (LOL) thats y its hard for me to approach others… they looked so busy but talkative too… well i just couldnt get hold of getting to know the others closer… YET…

oh ya i’m awake… n the only darn reason is cuz i haven’t fully prepared for my teachings 2moro… argghhh really should have done it earlier… argh argh argh…. thank God the props for olympic games r prepared d… so the only thing i’m worried now is the teaching…  wonder why i cant think of any yell or songs now… i’ve been like learning so many diff kinds of yells throughout my life in rangers… yet i cant rmb a single 1 now +_+ I really need some divine help or something hard to knock my head so i could rmb JUST ONE to give the kids as example…

 no point complaning here cuz it wont help a single bit…. might as well just get back to my bed n read over the teaching notes again, again and again… n again n again… n again n again n again…

was gng home from setapak n found out the normal route i use was closed for the second day running… perhaps they are fixing the road or maybe there’s a shooting gng on there (cuz i saw some spotlights shining brightly)…

went over to midvalley to watch beowulf with elaine… the show’s quite nice, not as bad as how euwen told me… so much blood shedding n the film was not rated 18-SG which is kinda surprising… the way that monster (forgotten what name d) fling soldiers around, biting off heads, pulling ppl into 2 halves with blood splashing all over, i still wonder why is it rated U…

After the movie, i drove over to ss17 to have dinner… YES its DK cafe again… haha… this was something i promised her that i’ll bring her over here for the grilled lamb which is really tasty…. so at last i could say: ” I did what i promised u! :)” ROFL… not often that i got the chance to say it cuz i dun always rmb what i mention… hehe…

Oh yea I’m starting work 2moro! having mixed feelings… part of me is happy cuz i can kill time n at the same time earn some money…. but part of me is feeling a bit lazy… basically because i’ve been lazying around for the past 2 months… comparing myself with other coursemates i’ve really been slacking alot… but but but… watever said, i will still have to go work 2moro… hope that all goes fine then….

have to go prepare the teachings i need to do on friday… this reminds me of presentations i do in uni… haha… only that this time i’m presenting to a bunch of 9-11 year olds… Shouldn’t be a problem but i still have to rehearse so that all goes well… Like Sham said, everything we do it has to be of GOLD class 🙂

celebrity neighbour??!!

I’ve always thought staying in an area full of celebrities where there’s party every night and the social life is always on a high… but I knew it would never come true cuz I don’t think I can even afford a kennel in such luxurious areas… B-U-T, my dream took a tiny little twist when i found out that i’m staying on the same level as a Malay celebrity named Jehan Miskin… U guys can go over n view his photo here

 

Just in case u dunno who he is, he acts in quite a number of malay shows n series but most prominently he was the host of “So You Think You Can Dance” In fact i attended the finals for that reality show but i can’t recall he was the host until i go check his CV from a website (so 38 of me… lol) so yeah I’ve happy bout it? haha “jumps around”

OK enough of getting over-high…

I’m gng for an interview 2moro! thanks to soong n his mom i might be getting job job to fill up my so freaking, boring, meaningless, lifeless life at the moment… n the pay is quite good too ^^ hopefully all will go well n that i would be able to get leaves so i could do my FYP in uni… All depends on God’s will… This came after i had my first day fasting… see? God works when we obey Him… hehe… Really thank God n i wanna challenge u guys out there to do His will too n u will be bless abundantly 🙂

Now its getting lower… Just remembered wat elaine told me today… She said that i’m not romantic enough >.< fair enough, i do admit it… but then i still don’t think that i romantic-less la… haha… I’m too practical in many ways n i guess in r/ship too… I can only hope that i could change myself in the near future n become a Romeo…

its just another busy sunday for me, as usual… wont talked bout it further cuz i’ve already did it last sunday… if u’re interested to know how my sunday goes click here… its almost identical except for the dinner stuff…its gonna be a busier week than normal… friday’s DTC n i’m in charge of teaching yells n songs n also olympic games… arghh i’m so terrified… juz dun think that i’m good enough to teach them… but well i guess if i do my best, God will do the rest… so i cross my fingers that my best is good enough >.<

dead tired now… but its a bit early to sleep rite? its only 11.40pm… normal teenagers won’t sleep this early… or is it that i’m getting old? +_+”” yaiks…. no i’m not old i’m so not old… its juz that i had a long day… did alot of stuffs… danced a lot….

thanksgiving

The event of the year for my family, THANKSGIVING nite!

Before going into the details, i’d like to make some shoutouts… Firstly, THANKS to all those who came tonight…. It wouldn’d have been such a wonderful night without any single one of u! 🙂  Next, THANKS to those who gave pressies as house warming gifts… Love ’em all! A special dedication to elaine, belinda n meiling for the BIN they bought specially for me ^^ hey darling i know its coming but didnt know it was today that u’d buy it for me… hehehe…. Not forgetting those that have financially supported the SAB programme tonight… THANKS for giving generously… Heard that the collection was over 1K… Certainly God will bless u guys abundantly *wink*

A lot have been prepared before this joyous day, food, ppl to invite, house deco n many more… Before it started i had to drive over to gombak to lead my frens over to my place… YFX was late… Apparently before this he was over at sg long… I guess this is why he brought along his gf… The plan was to reach my place by 7pm but ended up reaching at 7.45pm +_+” I’m so gonna be late for ur house warming YFX!! hehehe….

Thank goodness we weren’t late cuz not even half had arrived by that time… Well this is the so-called “Malaysia timing” where we’re late for everything… hehe… The dinner can’t start till Pastor Richard is here… Went upstairs to get the guitar for worship but it was too late… Ended up sneaking into the function hall… lol…

Before partaking the food prepared, my dad shared a quick testimony, followed by pastor who shared bout the SAB, encouraging ppl to participate in it… Dun ask me bout the food quality cuz i didn’t have to chance to do so… Food supply was not enough so i didn’t manage to eat >.< but according to elaine the food was really nice… too bad for me T_T

Entertaining my pals were a bit tough… Basically i had 3 types of frens over the dinner: secondary schoolmates, elaine n frens, n churchmates… even had to bring them up separately to see my house… haha… loved every moment spent with them 🙂 met wif esther too… its weird that we dun get to meet each other thought we’re in the same uni…. hehe… even borrowed her my Molecular Biology text book cuz she’ll be using it next sem… so kind of me *evil laughs*

Played some table tennis (challenged uncle lam cuz i lost to him the other time XD) but it ended abruptly cuz the balls cracked… so the challenge will be postponed till i get some new balls… hehe…

It was indeed an unforgettable night… To my secondary pals, miss u guys a lot n am looking forward to the next gathering where ever  it might be…. To those uncles n aunties, sorry if i’ve no time to talk to u all… Will see u guys some time soon too ^^ To my parents… thanks for organizing such an fantastic event… Love u all lots…

Desktop-ping

currently using my sis’ desktop now… hey wait.. since when it became my sis’? it was mine all these while… just because we shifted n the desktop is in her room now its hers +_+ well its fine since i’ve got my own lappie… but at the moment my lappie is with elaine… life without pc n internet? boring big time man!! had to wait till she’s asleep only i can use… like i’m so obligated to her… lolz…

 

 anyways… i went to prayer meeting today! hehe yea nothing big to brag about but hey, its since a long long long time since i last attended it… this makes me think of the times i used attend it when i was a young kid… if my memory serves me well it was when i’m 8 or 9… i was having afternoon classes n mom would come n pick me after school… then we will have McD for dinner before dad comes n pick us to church… seems like so long ago… miss those times when McD was considered as a luxurious food to me… ROFL…

woops i wandered too far… haha… back to prayer meeting… yes it was quite inspiring… the 21 days fast will be starting soon… so to all calvarites, all the best in ur fasting period! 🙂 was joking to KM bout doing the ABSOLUTE fasting for 21 days full… haha… the booklet did state that it can be only done for a maximum of 3 days… so dun try going more than that…

had thosai for supper wif KM when Jim suddenl called n asked us to join him for another supper in McD… He treated me a cornetto McFlurry… thanks alot ^^ talked a lot n found out that he doesn’t celebrate CNY nor deepavali… haha… even meet KM’s crush since standard 3 but had no guts to tell her till now… hehe.. the good thing is that he had already got another gal in his heart now 😛

hmm… the house warming AKA thanksgiving nite will be on 2moro… hope everything will go well… hope those that said are coming will somehow in someway appear… haha… at last i’ll be reuniting with some secondary school mates… miss them lots… n those aunties n uncles from my old church… hope they wont tease me n say the same thing again such as:

“hey timothy!!! wah so big boy already ahh…. the last time i see u, u still wearing pampers running around church ahhh…”

In Klang

yes u’re right i’m currently in klang now… its over 3am now but i find it hard to sleep cuz i have this habit of finding tough to sleep in someone else’s bed… worse of all, though this is a secret *shhh, dun let euwen know* i’m sharing a queen sized bed with another 2 person… oh my its horrible… u cant like turn around freely on the bed cuz u just might roll over the other buddy… haha… thats y i’m waiting for them to sleep before i myself get on the bed…

had a good time today, good food in fact… went to teluk gong for dinner where we had seafood such as crab, 2 kinds which are salted egg n sweet & sour… then we also had fried squid, n my favourite, which is also the reason y i came, THE CALRSBERG chicken wing… or as known as “hak gao gai yik” 🙂 altogether it cost bout RM21 per pax but its worth every single cent ^^

right after that, we got over to a pool club to play some games… won quite some games *grin*  n then to oldtown to drink ximut milk tea… oldtown’s a really good franchise… seems like everywhere has its branch… coolness… as usual we again went to a nearby CC to waste some precious time…

oh ya before i forget… the journey here was awful.. really awful… paid almost 10 bucks for toll man… craziness…. well we paid like rm1.60 for four times in NPE alone… haha… took turns to pay n i got 2 turns +_+” swore that i wont get my wheels on NPE ever again 😛

ok thats almost all for today… have to wake up early 2moro to catch bak kut teh by the sea… cool huh? yeah dun envy over there…. hehehe… wanna join next time? call me at 012-XXXXXXX… kekekeke….
